Graphic Designer & Creative Director | Greater Atlanta Area

My name is Megan Evans. I live in the Greater Atlanta Area with my husband, 2-year-old daughter and two fur babies. I’ve always been creative, driven, hard-working and interested in helping people. I began my creative career at 19 years old selling my own acrylic paintings to friends, families, and non-profits to raise money at silent auctions. Over the years, I went back and forth between having a creative career or choosing the psychology route. That’s when I realized that in marketing, I could do both.

Marketing has so much to do with psychology; the psychology behind a brand's identity, their brand mission, visuals, identifying the correct audience, how to best reach such audience, and helping people through connecting them with the right organizations, products, services and more. 

My creative nature organically drove me to the graphic design aspect of marketing. In 2018, I opened my own business called Bella + Bloom Media, where I helped small businesses scale their companies by managing their social media, digital marketing strategies and building strong brand identities. In 2020, I wrote, designed and self-published a three series eBook “Marketing Your Business on Instagram” that was created with small businesses in mind. This eBook is meant to support and educate business owners on how to market themselves on Instagram and scale their business through digital and social media marketing. From there, I expanded to Bella Designs Co. to encompass more than just digital marketing, but brand management and overall brand strategy.

After becoming a mom in February of 2021, I needed something that allowed for more work-life balance. At that time, I entered back into the corporate world as a Graphic Designer and Creative Director. For the last two years, I have serviced a variety of freelance clients, and for Chicago Association Management's extensive client portfolio. I develop effective creative design and marketing strategies through strong visual designs, marketing and event materials. I oversee marketing support personnel, maintain clear brand identities. manage communication with clients and association managers, and organize and create structure for information flow.

I have an education in Graphic Design from an Advertising Portfolio School in Atlanta, Georgia, and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Communications and Marketing from Drexel University. I have five years of professional experience in graphic design, digital marketing and brand development that allows me to build a strong brand identity and digital presence for businesses through creative direction, strategy and visual marketing material designs.
